All homes are non smoking properties
No pets allowed unless otherwise noted.
Minimum stay: Summer reservations are booked in 1 week increments. Off season reservations are a 2 night minimum, 3 nights over a holiday.
Taxes: An 11% Cayucos, or 10% Morro Bay occupancy tax is charged on rent, cleaning fee and reservation.
Check in is at 3pm, check out is 10 am.
All Cayucos vacation rentals fall under the jurisdiction of a county Vacation Rental Ordinance.
Parking must be in garage or driveway. No street parking is allowed at vacation rentals.
Noise restrictions apply.
Maximum occupancy strictly upheld.
Please let us know if you'll be arriving after business hours so we can make arrangements for keys.
